Well pub friends! Can you believe its been 20 years?
I am so grateful to all of you for making The Collins Pub a terrific success & frankly just a fun time all these years.

Well pub friends - can you believe its been 20 years?
What a delight it is to pour the excellent beers from Russian River Brewing Company again! That Pliny the Elder is tasting so great & new beers like Happy Hops and STS pilsner have been really well received.
Thank you Stoup Distribution for making that happen, as well as bringing lots of other amazing breweries like Wayfinder, Ruse, Fieldwork & Pure Project to the market. I keep saying it, but really, what a great beer scene we have in this region.
Cloudburst continues to be my best seller. Their ever rotating hazy IPA’s are just fantastic, week after week after week. Don’t forget that all these beers are available in the can up at The Last Drop, my beer store up in N.E. Seattle.
Post pandemic Pioneer Square, & more specifically the disappointingly low numbers of returning office workers, have us open with shorter hours and with far fewer staff these days. Therefore our hours can be a little fluid & ever changing.
Kitchen is closing at about 8pm Monday - Thursday these days, with the bar staying open later depending on traffic.
Fridays and Saturdays & Sounders & Mariners event days, we are trying to keep the kitchen open until 10:00 to 11:00PM to give the best post game food options.
All this gets pushed later as the days get longer and it starts to warm up!
